There are many resources available online about the nonprofit incorporation process. However, the most important resource you will need is the Not-For-Profit Incorporator's Handbook. Download and print out a complete copy of this resource, which is approximately 70 pages in length.
3. T4063 and T2050
Download and print out a copy of Publication T4063: Registering a Charity for Income Tax Purposes and Form T2050 Application to Register a Charity Under the Income Tax Act. Use the application form as a rough draft to gather your information.
