Establishing strong legally-based policies for nonprofit and charitable organizations has a range of implications. This seminar will help you:
- identify areas to develop policies in terms of charitable and nonprofit organizations;
- ensure that you are using best practices in developing standard policies;
- clarify the roles/responsibilities of Board and staff for policy development within a legal context
- to make good policies, and practical templates for your organization, using examples of employment policies such as "code of conduct", access and equity.
