Federal and provincial privacy legislation (PIPEDA and PHIPA) has a range of implications for nonprofit and charitable organizations. This seminar will help you to:
? identify “commercial activity” in terms of charitable and nonprofit organizations;
? ensure that you are managing privacy and confidentiality;
? identify issues for your organization and its clients, donors and
? clarify the roles/responsibility of Board and staff regarding privacy legislation.
