This seminar will introduce you to Federal and Provincial employment legislation and managing a unionized staff including:
* the employer’s basic rights and responsibilities under Federal and Provincial employment legislation;
* negotiation of contracts with existing unions;
* the impact of human rights on the workplace;
* issues of progressive discipline.
